Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Max out day today will consist of 3 rounds of 30 seconds and your job is to compete with yourself to beat the number of reps you get in round 2 in round 3! I used my jump rope and 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab your dumbbells and your rope and let’s MAX OUT!

3. Seated Tucks
4. Jump Rope
5. Left Leg Lunges
6. Right Leg Lunges
7. Chest Press
8. Leg Raises 6 inch to 45 degrees
9. Jump Rope (it’s good now – not sure what’s going on)
10. Sumo Squats
11. Tricep Overhead Extensions
12. Dumbbell Plank
13. Beast Mode Burpees
