40 Minute Full Body Lower Body Focus Workout | ENERGY – Day 22

Today I am officially 28 weeks pregnant and I’m so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!

Today is a full body workout with a lower body focus so be ready to work and sweat today! This may be my favorite workout of energy! We will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and complete 3 rounds of every exercise. We will also finish up this workout with a burpee horn finisher!
I used anywhere from my 8 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for step ups and my glute resistance bands.

The exercises:
1. Squat front loaded to the right
2. Squat Front loaded to the left
3. Squat curl and press

4. Lateral Lunge glider Opposite arm front raise
5. Lateral Lunge glider Opposite arm kickback
6. Lateral lunge step out in 2 phases (squat then lunge)

7. Glute Bridge and Chest Press
8. Glute Bridge Straight Arm Pull Over
9. Glute Bridge and Chest Fly

10. Reverse Lunge and Curl
11. Forward Lunge and Boxing Punch
12. Step Up x 2 and Squat jump x 2

13. Squat Jump and Burpee Horn
