Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform each exercise for 1 minute and 45 seconds without resting and then we are done with it! I used my 10, 15, 20, and 35 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a glute bridge and something as light as standing chest flyes for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!
