This full body workout is going to keep you engaged and working hard the whole workout. We will complete 90 seconds of work at time breaking the work periods down into 30 second intervals while focusing on a tempo of 2-0-2. Be ready to finish strong with a full body complex at the end of this workout with 4 moves building up reps until we reach the end of the workout!

6. Plank Left – right – both knee taps
