Today is a full body AMRAP workout so be ready to crush this one focusing on your upper body, lower body, and a bit of core. In this workout I will give you 4 or 3 minutes and two exercises to complete within that time. You will perform 8 reps of each exercise as many rounds as possible until the time of that circuit is over! I used my 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for some as light as a standing chest fly and as heavy as a sumo squat!
