I hope you crush this workout with me with our two minute work periods and 30-45 seconds rest! I used my 10-25 pound dumbbells for this workout. Grab your dumbbells, water, and a sweat towel!
1. Shoulder Press Alternating 2 and 2
2. Leg Raises
3. Standing Rows 3 right 3 left
4. Side plank to side plank 3 dips per side
5. Chest Press 2 left 2 right
6. Sit Up to knee drive 2 right 2 left
7. Lateral Raise Pendulum
8. Seated twists
9. Walking Hammer curls 3 right 3 left
10. Reverse Crunches with overhead anchor hold
11. Tricep OH extension 3 and close press 3
12. Toe touches 3 left and 3 right
