Today is a cardio and abs workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Today’s workout we will work for 45 seconds for two rounds. The supersets will contain one cardio and one ab exercise. I used my sliders as well as 10, 15, and 20 pound dumbbells and my jump rope so grab yours if you have one! It’s a sweaty one so grab your water, your sweat towel, and get pumped to work hard with me! Keep the intensity up!!!

Exercises:
1. Lateral slide and burpee
2. Dumbbell Straight Arm sit ups
3. Jump Rope
4. Plank Walk outs
5. alternating side touch down
6. Slow jackknives flat with dumbbell crunch
7. Agility 2 feet hop over the dumbbells
8. Toe Touches L, R, B
9. 6 Mountain climbers and plank jack on sliders
10. Side Plank with top leg on slider tap down and crunch
12. Dumbbells on shoulders standing side crunch
13. jump rope
14. Frog Sit ups
15. Switch Jump l, r, squat jump
16. crunch burn out
