Today is a cardio and abs workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Today’s workout is a superset workout which means we will perform 45 seconds of two exercises back to back without stopping for 3 rounds. You will rest at the completion of the third round of the second exercise in a set. The supersets will contain one cardio and one ab exercise. I used my 10 and 15 pound dumbbells and jump rope so grab yours if you have one! It’s a sweaty one so grab your water, your sweat towel, and get pumped to work hard with me! Keep the intensity up!!!

1. Lateral slide and vertical hop
2. Frog Sit Ups
3. Jump Rope
4. Seated Twists
5. 3 lateral Kicks and touch down
6. Jackknives
7. Agility over the dumbbells
8. Toe Touches
9. 6 Mountain climbers and hand release
10. Mermaid Lifts
11. wood choppers
12. jump rope
13. burpee hand release left switch, right switch, jump
14. crunch left, crunch right, crunch both
