Today is an AMRAP cardio workout so be ready to get your heart rate up and get your sweat on! This workout consists of 23 exercises that we will perform in a circuit of 2 or 3 exercises. In AMRAP style, we will work for 3 minutes straight and you will complete as many rounds as possible with the two or three exercises that are grouped together. We will either do 8 or 10 reps of each exercise. You will see me pushing you to challenge yourself in the tempo of these exercises and working to get your heart rate up!
I used my 5 and 10 pound dumbbells and also used my bench for a couple inclined exercises as I am 26 weeks pregnant and I will be modifying when I need to dial it back for myself. Grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!

The WORKOUT:
1. Left Leg Hops
2. Right leg Hops
3. Squat Punches

4. Press jacks
5. Lateral Skaters x3 and 3 high knees

6. High Knees arms up then out to the side
7. Shoulder Taps
8. Plank Jacks

9. Mat agility on and off mat
10. Inchworm to row

11. Mountain Climbers
12. Scissor chops
13. Bear Crawl Kick through

14. Knee Drivers
15. Squat to Knee to Elbow

16. Wood choppers left
17. wood choppers right
18. Dumbbell toe taps

19. Squat around the world circles
20. Heel Tap Skips

21. Box, bench, or towel hops
22. DB Jabs Left
23. DB Jabs right
