We have two rounds of a giant set today that I know you are going to love! We will perform 17 exercises non-stop and then perform them all one more time for two giant sets total. We will complete 2 minutes of cardio and 2 minutes of core and in your two minutes of core you will need to complete 50 reps of the ab exercise assigned to you. In the second round we will have a 4 minute abs burner to complete your last 100 reps! Stay moving and I know you will love this workout!

4. Skip rope with heel taps
5. Sumo squat to over head reach
6. 2 mins to get 50 Straight leg bicycles
7. Lunge to kick and switch
8. Lateral slides
9. 2 mins to get 50 leg drop crunches
10. Opposite knee tap and heel tap
11. Squat pop and 2 punch jacks
12. 2 mins to get 50 seated twists
13. Side to side high knees
14. Butt kicks forward and backward
15. 2 mins to get 50 Heel tap side crunches
16. Knee drive floor tap
17. 2 cross punches and knee drive
