Today is a legs and glutes workout so be ready to turn up the intensity and push through the burn! I used my medium and heavy glute resistance bands as well so grab yours or click here to grab yours! We will perform supersets of a strength move on one side of your body at a time for 3 rounds each and then close it out with a burnout movement involving those same muscles. I used my 15, 20, 25, 30 , 35, and 50 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a glute bridge and something as light as a fire hydrant for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!
