40 Minute BODYWEIGHT Legs and Abs Workout

Welcome to our bodyweight legs and abs workout! I think this is the perfect workout to start your week with! If you want to change it up and add dumbbells to this workout, do your thing! Work hard and make each work period count!

In today’s workout we will work for 30 seconds for each exercise and rest for 15 seconds. Two exercises will be grouped together in a superset and we will take a 60 seconds rest after we complete 3 rounds of this superset. The workout will target your quads, abs, and hamstrings as well as keeping your heart rate up with short work periods and short rest periods. Your intensity is determined by you so work hard and get the most out of this workout!

3. Jackknives
4. Single Leg Drop
5. Prisoner Squat to Lateral leg lift
6. Lateral Lunge to Knee Drive
7. Canoe Hold
8. Leg Raises
9. Bear Crawl
10. Hamstring Pull Though
11. Squat to Standing abs
12. Plank Call Outs
