40 Minute Arms & Legs Bootcamp Workout | Summertime Fine 2023 – Day 55

Get ready for a really fun workout today with me!

This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! I will give you 30 seconds to work and you will superset two exercises together with 15 seconds rest between and you will complete three rounds of those two exercises. We have 60 seconds of rest in between the 7 circuits that we will complete. Have fun with this workout!
