Today is an upper body and abs tabata workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds and perform each circuit 3 rounds. I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 35 pound dumbbells and my jump rope so grab yours if you’re ready!
