Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on upper body and cardio! We will rock through 3 exercise circuits that get progressively more challenging and burn a bit more each round. The first circuit is tough so power through that and the plank circuit and we are GOLDEN! . We will rock for 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some light to medium heavy weights and let’s CRUSH IT!
