I am 17 weeks postpartum in this workout and I’m fully embracing this my comeback to the channel after giving birth to my baby boy this summer!

For today’s workout we are working in 45 and 30 second work periods with a grouping of one arm exercise, one ab exercise, and on cardio exercise. I used sliders, my jump rope, my bench, and my 10, 15, and pound dumbbells so grab weights that are in the range of bicep curls and tricep extensions for you and let’s CRUSH IT!

The Exercises:
1. Push ups with shoulder tap or slider
2. Leg raise, hip raise
3. Jumping Jacks

4. Tricep overhead extensions
5. Ice cream scoops
6. Donkey kicks

7. Bicep curls
8. Suitcases
9. Broad jumps

10. 2 curls and 2 overhead extensions
11. X cross crunch
12. Jump rope
