This workout is such a fun cardio and abs workout! I had a great time and I hope you will too. We will work for 30 seconds of each exercise for 3 rounds and 15 seconds rest in between. We will group two exercises together in supersets with one cardio movement and one ab exercise so be ready to stay moving!
