In this workout you will be working for 30, 45, and 60 second work intervals in giant set format with 9 exercises to complete. You will have 15 seconds of rest between every exercise and your mission is to move with full range of motion, breathe well, and feel your muscles contract through each rep. This workout is part of a deload week so dial your intensity back a bit and just focus on moving well! I used my 10 and 15 pound dumbbells for the workout today!
