Today we will work on strength for your chest and triceps by crushing 3 rounds of 10 separate exercises! This workout is truly a workout where you can push yourself as these are our foundation leg exercises where we can all push ourselves! I used my 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium to heavy range and let’s do this!
