30 Minute Upper Body HIIT Workout | ACTIVATE – Day 5

Welcome to workout 5 of ACTIVATE! Don’t forget to subscribe to the channel to crush this challenge with me!

Today is an upper body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and we will do single sets and supersets two exercises together to really keep our muscles working and our heart rate up. The final circuit will be two exercises and we will complete three rounds of 30 seconds of each move. It’s the finisher!
I used my 5 pound dumbbell to my 25 pound dumbbells with my lightest weight being used for superman pullbacks and my heaviest weight being used for chest so grab weights that work for you and let’s crush it together!

The exercises:
1. Alternating Shoulder Press 1-1-2

2. Lateral Raise 1-1-2
3. Front Raise and ½

4. Chest Press 1-1-2

5. Chest Fly 1-1-2
6. 2 shoulder taps and 2 Push Ups

7. Long Rows

8. Back Flyes (incline if desired)
9. Superman or kneeling pull backs

10. Side middle side raise
11. Chest Fly / Back Flye
