In this workout you will be working for 30 seconds at a time with 15 seconds rest. I will challenge your strength and your conditioning today so be ready to work hard and get sweaty with me!

1. Inchworm push up
2. Jump rope
3. Shoulder press
4. Alt Bent row
5. Chest press
6. Skip with clap under
7. 3 hops and squat drop
8. Lateral raise front raise
9. Bicep curl and 1/2
10. Tricep kickback
11. Lateral to top to lateral punch
12. Disco taps x3 and switch
13. Burpee at one end and 4 knee taps at other
