I am 17 weeks postpartum in this workout and I’m fully embracing this my comeback to the channel after giving birth to my baby boy this summer! For today’s workout we are working in 30 second work periods and we will crush some really fun formats with a ladder set, a drop set, supersets, and straight sets. I used my 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab weights that are in that range for you and let’s CRUSH IT!

The Exercises:
1. Push up and Plank Crunch
2. 3 Dips and Toe Tap
3. Renegade Row hop in and out
4. Chest Press Dead bug
5. Front Raise side raise
6. Straight leg bicycles
7. Superman Pull Backs
8. Bicep Curl Drop Set
9. Shoulder Press Ladder
