30 Minute Unilateral Legs Bootcamp Workout | CRUSH – Day 6

Today is a legs and glutes bootcamp workout so be ready for the single leg BURN! This workout consists of lower body exercises for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise before moving on to the next exercise. One exercise will focus on the quad and the other exercise in that superset will focus on the hamstrings and glutes.
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells and certain exercises I used my yoga block and glute resistance bands. I also used my bench so grab weights that work for you, your glute bands, and your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!

The exercises:
1. Single Leg Squat front racked right
2. Deadlift right

3. Single leg squat front racked left
4. Deadlift left

5. Forward Lunge Left
6. Lateral Lunge Left

7. Forward Lunge Right
8. lateral Lunge right

9. Split Squat Left
10. Bench Squat Left

11. Split Squat Right
12. Bench Squat Right
