30 Minute Tis The Season Total Body Workout | HOLIDAY HIITS – Day 9

Let’s move through this fun and festive Friday workout! TIS THE SEASON to make your workout fun!

Your workout today is going to get your heart rate up and work all the muscle in your body! We are using the first letters in the phrase “TIS THE SEASON” to create this fun full body workout! I used my 10, 15, and 20 pound dumbbells and we worked for 60, 45, 30, and 20 second work periods in this workout. Be ready to stay moving!

The exercises:
1. Toe tap squat to lateral leg lift
2. Isometric shoulder openers
3. Sumo Squat steering wheels
4. Toe tap RDL
5. Hang cleans
6. Eccentric glute bridges
7. Straight arm shoulder circles
8. Elevated lunges
9. Alternating quick bent rows
10. Stationary split squat db pass
11. Open pulse chest press to internal rotation
12. Narrow to wide squats with curl in middle
