This workout is such a great intro to STF as it truly is a workout that all fitness levels can rock as you don’t need any equipment. We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 60 seconds each and each exercise will be completed with a little switch up each round. Grab your jumprope and sliders if you have them (optional) and let’s get started!
