You will love this workout format if you love staying moving while pushing through the burn! We have 30 and 45 second work periods for most of the workout today and you can either grab your step up riser, your box, your bench or complete this workout on the ground! We will complete 3 rounds of each exercise today and I just want you to keep stepping it up! I used my 15-25 pound dumbbells. Grab your equipment and let’s have some fun for this one!

1. Walking squat step
2. Squat to step up on left
3. Squat to step up on right
4. Walking lunge to knee drive
5. Reverse lunge and Knee drive right
6. Reverse lunge and knee drive left
7. Step ups alternating
8. Lateral step up left
9. Lateral step up right
10. Power knee drive jumps
11. Knee drive on riser left
12. Knee drive on rise right
