Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our legs! We will rock 11 exercises for 1 rounds of 2 minutes of work 30 seconds rest. I used my 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today as well as my glute resistance bands so grab these and some weights that are in your medium range to heavy range and let’s work!
