Today is a cardio bodyweight workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Grab your jump rope or cordless rope and let’s crush this one! We will perform 3 jump rope exercises and 3 kickboxing exercises as we go through no repeats the whole workout! If you’ve ever done a cardio workout with me, you will do great! Turn up the intensity and GO CRUSH IT!

3 Minute Circuits, feel free to rest for 15 seconds in between 3 exercises
1. Jump Rope
2. Scissors
3. Open and Close
4. Step and Kick right
5. Step and Kick left
6. Front kick and back kick 30/30
7. Left Foot hop x3 and double foot x1
8. Right Foot Hop x3 and double foot x1
9. 2 right and 2 left
10. Knee Drive left and kick right
11. Knee Drive right and kick left
12. 2 knee drives and 2 front kicks
13. Jump Rope
14. Side to side
15. traveling forward and backward
16. Front kick and touch back left
17. Front kick and touch back right
18. Alternating front kicks
19. Heel tap and toe tap left
20. Heel Tap and toe tap right
21. Alternating Heel taps
Finisher: 25 jumps / 5 touch down kicks left / 5 touch down kicks right
