Today is a HIIT cardio workout so be ready to get your heart rate up and get your sweat on! This workout consists of 12 exercises that we will perform in a circuit of 2 or 3 exercises. We will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds completing 3 rounds of every exercise. You will see me pushing you to challenge yourself in the tempo of these exercises and working to get your heart rate up!
I used my bench for a couple inclined exercises as I am 27 weeks pregnant and I will be modifying when I need to dial it back for myself. Let’s get to work!

The WORKOUT:
1. skater lunge hops
2. bench knee drivers

3. jumping jacks with a single leg forward kick
4. High Knees forward and backwards

5. Mountain Climbers

6. squat agility in and out
7. 3 single leg jumps and switch

8. Lateral bear Crawl
9. Butt Kicks with forward punches

10. 180 burpees
11. Butterfly sit ups
12. 2 Squats and a heel click squat jump
