Today I am 30 weeks pregnant and I’m so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!
Today’s workout is a glutes strength workout where we will work through 7 glute strength exercises after a warm up and glute activate series. We will complete 3 rounds of each strength movement for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest in straight set format so you can challenge yourself more each round of the exercise. Our cardio finisher will be 4 rounds of 20 seconds of jump rope!
I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for split squats and my glute resistance bands.
1. Activation 3 minutes
2. Front rack banded Sumo Squats
3. Wide Stance Romanian Deadlifts
4. Split Squats to deadlift
5. Glute Bridges with abduction
6. Touchback deadlifts or deficit
7. Side plank leg lifts
8. Banded kickback to squat jump ladder burnout
