Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our glutes and abs with strengthening, sculpting, and sweaty exercises ! We will rock 13 exercises for 2 minutes straight! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that challenge you in moves that are as light as a lunge and as heavy as a glute bridge!

1. Side/ back/ squat
2. Romanian deadlifts
3. Heel tap leg lifts
4. Front squat pulse x3 and standing abduction
5. Russian twist and 1/2
6. Dumbbell clamp kickback
7. Dumbbell on legs crunches
