Today I am 39 weeks pregnant and I’m so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!

Today’s workout is a glutes workout where we will work through 9 exercises to target our glute strength. I am going to be just using my glute band but please feel free to grab weights for the exercises below that will challenge YOU if you would like to! Be ready for a great burn!

Exercises:
1. Squats
2. Left left RDL
3. Right leg RDL
4. Standing lateral leg lifts right
5. Standing lateral leg lifts left
6. Standing Kickbacks
7. Banded lateral Squat walks
8. Banded glute bridge
9. Banded fire hydrants
