Today I am 39 weeks pregnant and I’m so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!
Today’s workout is a full body AMRAP workout where we will work through 3 exercises in a circuit format for each 5 minute work period for 10 reps of each of the three exercises. I will be showing some slight modifications as I am pregnant and some things I am shifting slightly to take some pressure off my core.
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for some slight modifications so grab yours if you need it!
