Today is a full body strength compound workout to challenge us with compound exercises in which we will use upper body and lower body muscles to keep our heart rates up and our core muscles challenged.
We will have 8 exercises each and we will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds completing 3 rounds through each exercise.
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench as I am 26 weeks pregnant and I will be performing some modifications for exercises by positioning myself on an incline with the bench.
1. Squat and Press Alternating with leg Lift
2. Reverse Lunge and tricep Kickback
3. RDL and Hammer Curl
4. Forward Lunge/ Reverse Lunge/ Lateral Lunge
5. Sit Up/Russian Twist
6. Clean and Squat
7. Front raise Side raise with calf raise
8. Chest Press and Glute Bridge
