In this workout you will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds performing 3 rounds of a 3-exercise circuit. We have 4 big circuits and I use my 10 and 15 pound dumbbells so nothing super heavy, just moving through full range of motion and breathing and focusing on controlling your tempo. Work hard, finish strong, and feel amazing!
