Happy Friday! I am so pumped to see you here to get this workout in with me! Today is a 30 minute full body workout and we have six exercises to rock through. We will complete 3 rounds of each exercise and our final round will be a 2 minute max out round. Complete as many rounds of the exercise in that 2 MINUTE MAX OUT as you can! I only used dumbbells today (5, 10, 15, 20, and 25lbs) so grab your weights and let’s crush it!
