Today’s workout has 30 second work periods and 15 seconds rests and you will crush 3 rounds of every exercise before moving on to the next exercise. The final round of every exercise will be your highest intensity round and I want you to really crush it with the same resistance but full out intensity! We sprint it out for 30 seconds of mountain climbers at the end of the workout and then we are done with this program!
Exercises:
1. Goblet Squat with Band Kickbacks
2. Curl and Press x2
3. DB sit Up and Twist
4. Knee Drivers 2 per side
5. RDL to forward Lunge
6. Bent arm press from the front to the side
7. Anchored suitcase and tuck twist
8. Burpee hop up squat jump x 2
9. Mountain Climber finisher for 30 seconds
