Today’s workout is a strength focused first half and a cardio focused second half! We will work through 2 rounds of 45 seconds of work for the first 6 exercises and 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work in our final 5 exercises. Have fun with this workout!
The Exercises:
1. Single arm squat and curl
2. Lateral lunge and around the world
3. Leg raise hip raise
4. RDL and row
5. Chest press and straight leg extension
6. Sit up and twist
7. 2 knee clap unders 2 squat pops
8. Heisman shuffle and knee taps back down
9. Inchworm burpee push up 180 hop
10. High knees and single leg hop on call out
11. Knee drive and kick
