Today is Full Body HIIT Bootcamp so be ready to turn up the intensity! Today I have grouped 4 exercises together and you can expect to be working opposing muscles or parts of the body in this double superset format.
This workout consists of 12 exercises for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise before moving on to the next bootcamp circuit.
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells to my 25 pound dumbbells so grab your water and let’s go! I also used my bench so grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!

5. Bicep Curls
6. Reverse Lunges
7. OH Extension
8. Forward Lunges
9. Lateral Raises
10. Lateral Slides
