Today I am 29 weeks pregnant and I’m so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!
Today’s workout is a full body strength and cardio workout where we will work through 4 circuits with 3 exercises each and we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. This workout was so much fun and I can’t wait to see you pushing yourself through this one to close out week 1 of MOMENTUM!
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 20 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for split squats and my glute resistance bands.
The exercises:
Intro 0:00-1:32
Warm Up: 1:33-4:22
CIRCUIT 1: 4:23-10:52
1. Single Side Lunge and press twist
2. single leg RDL and Row
3. 3 lateral hops and freeze
CIRCUIT 2: 10:53-17:52
4. Step up and curl
5. Squat and Front raise
6. Mountain Climbers x4 and 1 plank jack
CIRCUIT 3: 17:53-24:50
7. right Side snatch to lunge
8. left side snatch to lunge
9. Jump Rope
CIRCUIT 4: 24:51-30:53
10. Standing Core Knee Drivers
11. lateral squat and punch hops
12. Mat agility and vert jump to turn
COOL DOWN: 30:54-35:17
