Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our whole body with strength and sweaty exercises ! We will rock 11 exercises for 1 round of 2 minutes with 30 seconds of full range of motion and 30 seconds of pulsing or holding and we will repeat that twice. I used my 5, 10, 15, and 20 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that challenge you!

The Exercises:
1. Shoulder press
2. Squats
3. Black flyes /Supermen
4. Split squats right
5. Tricep kickbacks right
6. Split squats left
7. Tricep kickbacks left
8. Sumo back squats
9. Push ups
10. Squats / heel lifted
11. Straight arm overhead pull and bridge
