30 Minute Frosty Front Squat Challenge Workout | HOLIDAY HIITS – Day 7

Your workout today is going to target the muscles in your lower body but mainly your quads. We are going to work in 45, 30, 20 seconds increments with 10 or 15 seconds rest and we will be rocking through 3 rounds of each exercise. I used my glute bands, my yoga block, and my bench today. I used my 15, 20, 25, and 35 pound dumbbells so grab weights that work for you in a heavy move like glute bridges and a lighter move like curtsy lunges or step ups.

The exercises:
1. Front squat to toes
2. 2 staggered squat hops and switch
3. Bow tie squats
4. Goblet squats
5. Front racked squat left
6. Front racked squat right
7. Split squat left
8. Split squat right
9. 2 dumbbell front squats with heels lifted
10. Weighted low and slow – bowtie pulse-quick hops burnout
