It’s time to get bak on track and todays workout is going to get that started for us!

Your workout today is going to get your heart rate up and work all the muscle in your body! We worked for 30 seconds and rested for 15 seconds and there is a fun finisher! Stay with me as we work through this workout because I know you are going to LOVE it! I used my jump rope and my 10, 15, 20, and 25lb dumbbells today so grab your gear, your water, and your sweat towel and let’s crush it!

The exercises:
1. Jump rope 3 mins
2. Sumo squat tap and curl
3. Lunge and press
4. Bicycles
5. Plank sliders
6. Squat jumps
7. Inchworm push ups
8. Db toe touches
9. Db suitcases
10. Snatch to lunge
11. Burpee push up and deadlift
12. Sprint tempo finisher
