Welcome to the FINAL WORKOUT of the PUSH PROGRAM! This your bodyweight cardio workout, Day 22 of the PUSH program!

Today I am 36 weeks pregnant and I’m so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!

Your workout today is a cardio workout where we will work through 14 exercises for 90 seconds each. NO repeats means this workout is going to fly by and I want you to stay focused on pushing hard! Try not to pace yourself and go hard for each work period to get the most out of this workout!
Grab your water, jump rope, and sliders, and your bench if you have one!

1. 2 Press jacks 2 jabs
2. Inchworm and 2 plank jacks
3. Side plank open up and glute lift
4. 4 mountain climbers 4 cross climbers
5. Forward kick side kick left
6. High knees traveling
7. Forward kick side kick right
8. Lateral slides and burpee at the end
9. Jump rope
10. Dumbbell sit up around the world
11. Dumbbell burpees
12. Power step ups or lunge jumps x 2 per leg
13. Slider climbers
14. Slider tuck and jack
