Today we will work on our cardio and our core by crushing 23 exercises for 1 rounds of 45 seconds each. No repeats in today’s workout aside from jump rope and aside from your rope and sliders, no equipment is needed for this high intensity workout, all you need is your water and a sweat towel. This workout is truly a workout where you can push yourself in terms of intensity!
