Today I am 33 weeks pregnant and I’m so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!

Your workout today is a cardio workout where we will work through 14 exercises performing 8 reps of each two exercises back to back as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes. This workout was so much fun and I can’t wait to see you working hard to get your heart rate up with me!

Grab some light dumbbells, your jump rope, and some water!
I also used my bench for some slight modifications so if those would benefit you, grab your bench!

1. Skater Lunges
2. DB Hooks

3. Lateral kick touch down
4. Standing Mountain Climbers

5. Lateral slides with vertical jump or squat at each end
6. Dumbbell Squat to overhead extension

7. Mat agility
8. Squat and Cross Punch

9. Jump Rope
10. Bupree over middle

11. Mountain Climbers with sliders
12. Slider Lateral Lunges
