Your workout today is going to get your heart rate up and work your abs. We are going to work in 30 seconds increments with 15 seconds rest and we will be rocking through 3 rounds of each exercise. I have straight sets, supersets, and circuits in todays workout so we have some great variety and of course a really fun finisher to close it out! I used my jump rope and some light dumbbells today (optional) so grab your gear, your water, and your sweat towel and let’s crush it!
