Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! No equipment is needed for this workout today so grab your water and sweat towel to get started! I used my jump rope, sliders, and my bench so grab those if you have them. We will work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in tabata format and we will complete 3 rounds of every exercise.
