30 Minute Bodyweight Feel Good Full Body Workout | Summertime Fine 2023 – Day 45

Want a workout that just makes you feel great? This is the one!

This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 1 round of each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between. This will give you time to switch positions and keep moving. I just want you to move today so embrace each exercise and remember what it’s doing for you-keeping you healthy and strong!
