30 Minute Bodyweight Abs & Plyometrics Workout | Summertime Fine 2023 – Day 52

Let’s get our sweat on with this no equipment cardio and abs workout!

This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 30 seconds of each exercise for 3 rounds and 15 seconds rest in between. We will group two exercises together in supersets with one plyometric cardio movement and one ab exercise so be ready to stay moving!
